Yes. It places some writable files under c:\Program Files\HyperLobbyPro3 folder. Just simply change rights of the HyperLobbyPro folder to be writable for selected user ... This isuue will be fixed in ...

If I run HL from an account without administrator privileges it complains twice:

"Unexpected error; quitting"

Looks like it is trying access protected registry entries. Please add win XP support ...
