In MS Vista some games have to be moved out of the program files folder
to run properly.
Vista sucks, but most have no other option.

It appears that Hyperlobby is not your problem.
I think it's the game EXE path.
Here's a typical path for IL-2 1946.
"C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\il2set.exe"
The quotes must be removed for the Hyperlobby target.
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\il2set.exe
For a 64 bit operating system like Vista64 or XP 64 bit edition the path looks like this.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\il2set.exe
In my case the install is on the "E" drive and it's 64 bit.
E:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\il2set.exe
I hope this helps.

Make sure you have no spaces or puncuations onn the command line.
That should work.

Sorry, not having any experiance with SDOE I can offer no
further help.
With any luck another SDOE user may pick this thread up.
