ya my user name and password work on the site but not when i want to play the games.

the site isn't connected to HL its self, you gotta make an account on HL by just typing a username and a password, if it doesnt work, that name is already taken

just use a different one on hyperlobby, all you have to do again, is type a username and password then confirm your password and type A email address. This is all you have to do on hyperlobby NOT the site, infact you dont even have to register at the site to use hyperlobby because, again, the hyperfighter site is not connected to hyperlobby.
