can some one help . I need info for web page i was paying a vulcher back but got kicked. dont know who to talk to.

You have to find their website. I tried to look it up for you but I couldnt find it, not even googling it (but i'm not that good at that)
Try asking in the IL-2 chat, or maybe someone who knows the address will post it here.

When you have found the address to Fun~4~All website (or the official email to some superpowered server admin), write to them, explain what happened, and ask to be unbanned.
(also a possibility, maybe the ban was only for a day, a week, or a month)

I don't think Jiri or other HL admins can get you unbanned from one particular server, that's between you and that server. You ask for unban here if you have been banned from HL itself, but servers have their own admins.
