Compaint about being Banned from HL

To whom it may consern,

On the evening of wednesday 6th October at 18:56 GMT i recived a message from *Community Leader* on the HL Pager. On following the instructions and reading the ToS i couldnt see what i had actully done wrong and neather did the other players in HL at that moment in time. The HL Pager message i recieved was unclear to what i had done and so i continued in my normal behaviour. I then posted a recruitment Thread for the RFC Virtual Squadron as i do most nights, as do many other squadron's, before preparing to fly with my fellow squadron team members. However within 2 minutes of me posting the message i recived another message from *Community Leader* repeating what had been said 5 minutes before hand, this again was unclear and we decided it came under ToS number 7 for using the big red text. However, i personally am unable to see why i was singled out for posting as it is common knoledge that a number of squadrons do post big bold recruitment messages on the chat, And i would also like to know why what i did was done when it was done after doing it for many months along with numeous other squadron's and only having one or two complaints after which the posting was stoped. Personally i think this banning is unfair and wrong. Surely if a member of HL wants me to stop they would ask, the *Community Leader* was unclear as to what they wanted me to stop and was misleading. Also, if HL doesnt want us to use The Big text...why put it on there and tell us all how to use it?

I sorry i have had to come here and post this, however i feel that i have been banned from HL for something that not only i do and that the HL *Community Leader* is missleading with pms sent and the fact the the big text is apparently not alloud to be used is a bit odd.

Badboy, you were evidently TOSsed for your constant asking for recruits in open chat, or spamming. The use of large fonts just made it more of a distraction to other users. Please tone that down some because everyone gets tired of reading the same thing all the time. You were only kicked for one hour, not a whole day, nor were you banned.

Thank you for the quick responce, that is all that needed to be said and im sorry. However I would of thought the whole reason of posting a big text recruitment post would be to ask as a distraction to players.
