Please, haw I can change my callsign? I'm trying do many variant...
nothing help... Sad

Connect to HL.
Enter into the chat this command : //deleteaccount and you will be logged off automaticly and your uname is no longer in HL database.
Then you are free to reconnect and follow the account wizard to make a new *username. You can also use this to change your password.

Gunny, it doesn't work this way. If I follow the account wizard i do not have chance make a new *username. Database automaticly retrieve old data as soon as I insert my e-mail.

When you delete account, you must change also contens of the callsign and password textbox:

After delete account, Ichange contens of the callsign and password textbox. Then I push "Connect" and got msg:"* Wrong uname or password ... Connection closed ..." Crying or Very sad

Same problem, but the already registered account is MY. I have two accounts and lost password for Ten_Av_Cruz. When I conect by another account and try to change the name to Ten_Av_Cruz i receive: ((Wrong uname or password ... Connection closed )). OK, account exists, but is my. I dont know how delete account Ten_Av_Cruz to free it to changes, cause i lost password, and whidout password i cant enter to delete account. To me it is a vicious circle, like a "Ardil 22". Some points are escaping my knowledge, sry my ignorance. I dont know what to do and i dont wanna lost this callsin cause it belongs my Squadron. Please if can explain step by step. Sorry boring.

Hi again Ten_Av_Cruz.

To Get password you must ask JG27*Hyper (Boss man) to delete your account so you can remake it with new password.

Click on this text to PM (personal message) JG27*Hyper

Im your message to him tell him your callsign you use (Ten_Av_Cruz) and that you have forgotten password.
He needs the email address you made that account with so it prove you are you and not imposter.

He will PM (personal message) you back saying thats account has been deleted from Hyperlobby database and you are free to make new account. (with Ten_Av_Cruz callsign)

I have the same problem as Ten_Av_Cruz. I sent PM to Jiri, but no answer yet. No hurry, but I cant live without HL...and my PilottiPakkanen-account Wink

So lessons lernt from this...

1. Remember your password
2. Don`t forget your password
3. Always remember the email account you registered with in the
first place because when it comes to the crunch its the only way
you can prove it was your account.
4. Password retrieval is not supported by HL.
5. Don`t forget your password.
