Where to find keyboard lay out?

Hi there,

After years reinstalled ww2 on my computer..and it still is the best dogfighting around! Just 1 problem, cant remember a few things.. like my rudder controls? Which keys? or how to eject...not that that needs to be done often of course Wink

Anybody know where i can find a lay out for the keyboard?
