Persistant Problems

Ok, for the last half a year probably i have been unable to gain access to Hyperlobby OR this website.

I only found out how last month when a friend turned me onto a browser that will let me into anywhere!

So now i am here, can we please figure this one out, as a member of a squad HL is very important.

When i start up HL i get the general start up and that all is Stable. However after logging in a 30 seconds of waiting i am greeted with :

No Connection
Error Socket : 10060 Connection Timed Out.

Now, i have checked through all of my network and firewall settings and nothing is wrong, HL is checked and allowed through my firewall.

I am starting to think i have been accidentally banned or something? Otherwise how could i not even get onto this website?

Would love to have this sorted as quickly as possible.

sounds like a problem i had a while back. firewall and everything else was ok. and "some" sites or pages would just not load.

sounds stupid i know but all i did to fix problem was reboot my router and everything was fine again.

i remember your tag and yes .it has been a while.
have you used any other tag in the past that maybe we can check and see if you were banned?

i did some research and you are not on a ban list. it has to be on your end.hope this helps

Thanks Woody, yes very helpful.

I have rebooted my router countless time since this problem started.

Is there any chance that my actual ISP is stopping me from connecting to HL and this site? As i said i am only here through the use of a browser that can't be tracked, so my IP is being watched or altered somewhere?

I used to come under Almostmini but that was over 4 years ago.

Have you tried using TRACE ROUTE (TRACERT) command? to see if there is a server blocking you? Anything above 320ms is bad.

Clearly not a HL problem due to the browser issue.

If you are part of an apartment block the Residential isp probally has an ONT you might need a cat 5 cable to the WAN>router>PC to clear the restrictions.

If you have a your own isp then take it up with them its their issue.
