Purpose of the Terms of Service (TOS) is to define what kind of behavior and conduct is appropriate, and what is not. If you receive a TOS Warning while in the lobby it is because you have stepped across the line and are being asked to stop that behavior. Your web browser will open up to the Terms of Service page at HyperLobby as a convenience to you so you can review the rules. Also you will receive a private message from a community leader telling you of being in violation of TOS.
HyperLobby community leaders must give a TOS warning to an individual before administering any disciplinary action. And this gives the offending individual a chance to conform to the rules before anything happens.
Once a TOS Warning is received, the next action will be disciplinary action, such as being kick for anywhere from 1 to 24 hours. If you are kicked, the action is looked at even closer and you run the risk of being permanently banned from HyperLobby. A TOS Warning is issued only once. If you repeat the behavior the next day you will not receive a warning again.
