In Hyperlobby, my callsign is "nic1", but in all games including IL2 BOS, I'm "Nic727" so I would like to know if it's possible to change callsign or delete old account? Also, is it normal that when I'm reinstalling HL or changing PC, but logged-in as same user, all my friends list is reset?

Just found my own thread after all those years lol.
But I was logging in in Hyperlobby tonight and instead of writing "nic1" I wrote "Nic1" and look like I have a new account... How many account can I create with the same email address?

you can just log out of hyperlobby and put in a new callsign. Just don't be like me and forget the password 10 years later and have to add -1 after your name like a complete idiot.
