Servers are not showing up

I am one of the Admins for Skies~Of~Fire and Skies~Of~Valor. Over the last couple weeks our servers and many others are not showing up in Hyperlobby (appearing and disappearing). Warclouds, AAA, 334th, Smokin Aces and quite a few others that are based out of Central US have disappeared. This happened last week and a reset of Hyperlobby seemed to fix the problem. Or at least that is what I heard. These servers have been down for almost 24 hrs now and we are becoming worried as to why this is happening.

Many Hyperlobby visitors have donated quite a bit of money to the servers mentioned above and now there seems to be some type of connection problem. X-Fire has these servers available in their list and all of the servers are accessible via IP. So it seems it is a Hlobby issue. Could someone please look into this and try and come up with a solution? I have been flying in Hyperlobby since the beginning and I have never seen or heard of this before.

not the same but been trying to set up my own server ,,,,

sometimes people can connect fine but other days no one can get in...

tried everything and no luck yet,,

running out of ideas why its happening,
about ready to dump the dedicated server i've been working on for weeks ...

loosing the will to live fast.
all ports are open firewalls allow all,
its a mystery why some days it works and somedays it doesent,, then are the days in between .. where is you try 5 or 6 tiimes you will get in ,but who's going to try that many times before going somewhere else?

any help would be good ,, cos i cant find anyone who has had the same problem.
