When Hyperlobby installs and try to start receive error message

unable to Fix, Have a HP Pavilion Entertainment PC with Windows 7, tried to remove and reinstall several times. have run HyperLobby for a few years with no problems, after an absence computer installed many updates and now I get this error message above, tried to restore computer to an earlier date, did not work! saw that an earlier Post had a similar result with Vista, tried several times to delete the line above using dos prompt but it wont take anyone have any suggestions?
