Got an idea.
A "muzzle ban".
For the morons who must cuss and
get nasty, just have a muzzle ban.

By muzzle ban I mean to stop all pages
and typing to the chat. But they can still join games.

A muzzle ban would stop the cussing/Bad Words
without actually throwing them out.

Perhaps this would be a better way to use mods.
Let them squelch a idiot.

For that we have ignore feature. It doing the same work.
