Oh, wait. I think you may have downloaded the dedicated server version and it's looking for the IL2 server exe, which of course you don't have.

Be sure you select the proper program in the Hyperlobby list. If you selected IL2 Stormovik but have IL2 1946 (which uses the il2fb.exe, aka as the IL2 Forgotten Battles executable) then Hyperlobby wo ...
