You can´t use anymore Windows Instaler Cleanup Utility.See:

Didn´t work either.
So I tried to uninstall but same error occured: I couldn´t unistall ver. 4.7.
I downloaded and tried to install but didn´t work too.
I can´t play anymore because ver. 4.7 ...
I can´t update!
