OK fixed it by reboot. If you wonder why I did not do that before then it is because my PC takes about 15 minutes to be useable again when I reboot Shocked Yes I do keep cleaning out my startup pro ...

When I try to install it tells me I cannot because there is already an installation in progress.

I have tried several times and have also tried downloading from this website in case the auto-update ...
