OldPapa was one of the friendliest guys I've had the pleasure to get to know in my years of online flying. He put having fun as his #1 priority and that was always the case when I flew with or against him.
I'm very sorry to hear he's gone and please send my condolences to his family and the ZG77 Ozz. I can imagine how much you guys will miss him. |

I will miss oldpapa, he has become part of my daily life over the years and his sudden departure has left me heartbroken.
There aren't many men like Carl Williams, he was one of a kind and I am very honored to have known him and to have met him in person. I'll never forget his trip to New York. His wife Paula is just as charming as papa was and the 2 of them have a very special place in my heart that will never be replaced.
ZG77_Oldpapa's spirit will live on forever, and knowing that brings us joy.

On behalf of the former 78th vFG, I'd like to offer our condolences to his family and dear friends. We always had a great time flying and just chatting with OldPapa and all the ZG77 crew from our WW2F/JCN days.
I'm certian he will be sorely missed by all. |

I was deeply saddened to hear of this from you guys. He was a high class guy. One that you defintely hate to loose. The community is with a great loss now with him gone. We had so many times flyign and talking together it was absolutely great. He will be forever missed

I'm sure ozz Its hard to think of him not being here because I know when we flew together we both dreamed of a pacific theatre sim such as we have now. Its still a hard blow to think he's gone |
