It is disabled.
Enable it by going into your C:\Program Files\HyperLobbyPro3\hlpro.ini file and changing
[Combat Flight Simulator 2]
Disable=1<---- Change the 1 to 0(zero) and save
Order=9

You will see it in game list then.
