Problem: I have the "Wrong version of run-time DLL " error right after the installation, and i even cant run HL, what is this? What can i do?

Computer manufacturer: home
CPU: XP3000
RAM: 1Gb
HDD: Seagate 'cuda 40 & 60gb
VGA: Geforce Ti4600
OS: Windows XP sp1
Games: Pacific Fighters merged
HL Version: 3.8.90
Internet Explorer version: 6.0

Have you tried install VB5 runtime ?
