Hyperlobby problem

I'm unable to host dedicated server through the HL,
everything is installed and it's working fine, other
users are able to connect to the server from the game
(direct connection).
I'm running server on Win2003Server machine with SP1
installed, i also installed VisualBasic5 patch from HL
site.
Ok when i'm trying to start the game i'm going to
DogFight room and clcking on the top slot, then window
is opening with all the settings for server, i'm
setting difficulty setings exactly same to ones on the
server .ini text file and changing the port to 21003
(same as server setings). Then i hit SAVE INFO button
and window is closing.... and OPENING again by
itself!!! I can't press START GAME button because is
grey out. I also cant press on the green dot because
window is open and it wont close until i press cancel.
All ports are forwarded properly bacause others can
connect from the game, i also renamed il2server.exe to
il2fb.exe, and i copied users folder from FB to server
main folder.

Now i don't know what to do if anyone have any
sugestions that would be awsome:)
