I can not start HyperLobby software after creating new user on my PC. I get the error 429 'You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality'. Rerun of aping and dexec (as described in FAQ on your site), installing runtime VB library are not solve problem. Fresh installation also don't work - the same error.
Software configuration: Windows XP SP1, internal firewall disabled, external firewall disabled, user in group 'Administrators' and has all rights to folder in which Hyperlobby is installed. Under old user account (I did not erase it) every is OK!!!
What happened? How can I solve this problem?
