Hi,

There is a big problem in LockOn game area as people are now hosting the new LockOn Flaming Cliffs in the same game area as the published LockOn retail version sold in the USA.

Many players are confused and re-installing their game because they can not connect to the servers.

LockOn Flaming Cliffs needs it's own game space, otherwise only people who do this stuff for years will know what the heck is wrong when their retail version won't work. This translates to less players and many problems.

IL2FB have the same problems and DO NOT NEED to have another space. Place in your game description game you using, or if is this addon a pay upgrade, upgrade all to this version ...

I think Jiri-Fojtasek is saying If you Host A Game in Hyperlobby, Put the Version of the game that you are playing in your game description when you sart hosting your game. Then everyone will know when they read the info of your game your hosting.
In the case where your joining, and the host dose not let you know the version of the game , I PM the host and ask. It saved me time from loading a boguss game start.

It's essential that hosts detail the version in use, v1.02 or v1.1 - or even put FC against the game as with PF in IL2. The more info the better as it is a real pain to sit and wait for the game to load and then find you're booted because of the wrong version!!! Crying or Very sad

In connection with that, I am very disappointed with the slow load times of this game (over 5 minutes in HL is REALLY a joke, slightly faster in Ubi.com) though once "in-game" the quality of the experience makes up for it to some degree. I have Flaming Cliffs installed and don't know if this is affecting the time factor but would expect it to have improved if anything, what with ironing out a few bugs one hopes.
Confused
