Hi,

i installed the game pacific fighters as a stand-alone and put it in C:\Program Files\Ubi Soft\Pacific Fighters and the game is there but the hyperlobby system can't find the path for the game , i wrote it manually and i scanned it but the system doesn't find the game, what i'm i doing wrong. I got the same problem with a few games like strike fighters but the game il2 the original is recognised even if it's in the same folder than pacific fighters. Can you help me with this?

Thanks.

Make sure you are in the Pacific Fighters standalone room.If you are then disconnect from Hl and hold down at the same time control+shift while you click on the HL connect button.A new window will open and manually put in your path.

In your case c:\program files\ubi soft\pacific fighters\pf.exe

Then click on save and continue.

when you installed the standalone it should have put a shortcut icon on your desktop.

You did not mention If you have patched your game. There was a problem with the correct file names on some of the download sites with the latest 4.02(m) patch. Many had the files reversed.402 as the merged and 4.02m as the standalone.Make sure you got the correct one if you patched.

If you double click on the icon does the game start? If so right click on the desk icon and then click on properties.Look at the target box. That has the correct path.Cut and paste the path into the window for the HL path(minus the "s)

The path must include the exe file at the end.Example: c:\program files\ubi soft\pacific fighters\pf.exe

I am not sure if the path is case sensitive but the spaces need to be there if they are in the path.

If the game does not start from the desk icon then go to the main PF folder and click on thr pf.exe and create a new one.and try again. If it works cut and paste that path to the HL window.
