banned

Apparently I got banned last evening since I am not able to login into HL.
I didn't realize that joking about getting Bill Clinton carved onto Mt Rushmore was a banning offense. However, I realize that a moderator apparently felt it was and that is all that matters. I have been online on HL since it's inception and this a first for me.
I repsectfully request that I be unbanned and I will no longer utilize the chat function of HL.

Perhaps I wasn't after all. I deleted and reinstalled HL and seems to be working now.

some mods just dont have people skills, they cannot determine friends joking around with friends, and basically everyone jokes around like wiseasses being friends. Its difficult for those moderators who live thier lives on the computer nonstop drinking beers daily moderating HL like one canuck, then bragging about it on certain comms channels.

I recently got banned for saying Im glad germany lost in soccer and italy won, then place went bonkers with all the german oriented fanboys in this community getting angry at my comments of joy for italy. So now im banned and jiri has not returned a pm in many days. Its just the way the cookie crumbles around here.

Instead of taking the knife away from the one crazy chef, they get rid of the prime rib, the community legends. Charazmatic and interesting hl users which is why the HL chat is more popular then the actual "IL2 Game" but its a privately owned system and up to jiri to control and look over his moderators which is a time consuming and difficult job in itself.

Its strange so many years everyone can speak thier mind joke around then get friendly the last 8 months seems jiri wants HL cleaned up or some mods just get in banning streaks over such senseless little things like speaking of german flightmodels and they dont agree.

Theres not much you can do express in this "sorority based system" where the right thing has no meaning at all. Its basically just this community, IL2 forums, Cwos, HL etc. The only one that does the proper treatment of its users has to be mudmovers and simhq. Theres no sorority type of running things there.
