Hi. I'm having a strange problem. When I click on "Connect" I get the message "Please wait...connecting" and then a split second later I get the message "Connection closed..." I've been using HL for a couple of months with no such problem. This started Sun. evening. Can somebody please tell me what the problem is? I keep reading about bans. I have no idea if this is the problem. How do I determine if I've been banned or if is this some technical problem? I have not made any software or hardware changes. Thanks. |

My guess is that you've been banned, hopefully only a 24 hr. temporary ban. Wait 24 hours and try connecting again. |
