Hi Guys
Im new to this so go easy I am trying to get access to hyperlobby server but when I search for my Lock on it cannot find it (or rather it finds it but says it isnt there does that make sense). I have re-installed the game and its there plane to see program files/Ubisoft/eagle dynamics/lock on BUT it doesnt find it still. Can anyone help with this headache i only want to do some dogfighting. I even installed the patch 1.02 but still no joy i do not understand

Assuming you have the game properly installed
try finding the game in a manual fasion. Then follow
the instructions in the HL online manual.
The information below is copied from the HL manual. Perform
this operation when opening HL
"This dialog can be forced by pressing CTRL+SHIFT and left-clicking on the CONNECT button".
The information beyond here is written by Ubermensch.
Paste in the exe files location
Example, for IL2FB.exe (IL2 game)
C:\UBISOFT\IL-2 Sturmovik Pacific Fighrters 4.03M il2fb.exe
This should work.
If you copy and paste remove the " " from the link.

Nope no joy it says that the Lock on exe. is in Windows\Prefect errr WHY i havent a clue?????????

right click your desktop icon & select properties
there will be a path showing it will look something like
C:\programfiles\ubisoft\eagledynamics\lockon.exe
"C" represents the hard drive that the game is installed on. Yours MIGHT be different, but "C" is the most common. No matter. Highlight & copy this path, and perform the steps listed in previous post to get the HL path dialog box.
