The Tangmere Pilots (TP's) have been in existance for nearly four years now and we currently have four squadrons:No1, No43, No601 and No145, and 35 pilots. Personally i have been with them for more than three an a half years (which i believe is a measure of how much i personally enjoy it ! ) , and the large majority of our members (apart from the new chaps) have been with us over 20 months.
Now due to the start of the newly formed No43 squadron, we have a few vacancies.
If you like historically based missions and can commit to a Tuesday and/or Friday but more importantly every Sunday (when our "carreer" Ops is flown), and like to fly RAF types then please drop by our website.
Tuesday we train in our squadrons : 20:00-22:00 BST (British summer time= GMT+1)
Fridays we fly all together "en masse", (DF server as well as COOP's): 20:00-till late BST
and sundays we fly our career mission at 21:00 BST.
We also run a COD2 server and also participate in BF2 and Lockon-Lomac (these are "out of hours games" and not a requirement)
We also own our own ventrillo server.
We prefer European applicants but we do have several other nationality's who can attend our hours.
As we take our Wing seriously,and as you'll have to attend at least twice a week, please apply only if really interested.
