Is there a way to limit the number of pages a person can send?
A time limit, lets say, 5 per minute.
Anyone sending a legitimate page would not be bothered by a 5 page
per minute limit.
But idiots sending 150+ pages to another HL user would be stopped cold
by the page limit.
I got 170+ pages from RS_BloodshotS today.
He has done it several times in the past week.
RS_Bloodshots is his new name since he got banned as RS_Bloodshot.
I bet I can delete his pages a lot faster than he can post them.
But that's not the point, a time limit can stop this nonsense.
