Login Problem

Error Socket: 11004 Valid name, no data record of requested type

Can anyone help me with the above message

I have tried re-registering and deleting/reinstalling hl client

now all I get is :

* Wrong username or password ...

(i have repeatedly checked the correct user/password)

Yes - I have looked at the manual and I have not found the answer - can someone please cut and paste me a quote from the manual which solves this problem.

I don't want to start using a different username each time my dhcp changes my tcp/ip address[/img]

I have enjoyed playing IL2/FB/PF on line for the past 3 months on HL and Ubisoft.

I have not experienced any problems before.

What is happening ??? Have I been banned or what ?

Problem solved:

Seems the hyperfighter site password and hyperlobby passwords are separate entities.

I dug out my original password from stored emails and this one worked for the hyperlobby

Now back to the fight

How do i make a password for HL client?

The problem that I have is when I'm trying to connect is saying "Please wait, connecting HyperLobby server" and in the next second "Connection to HyperLobby server was closed". Why is that?
