Sometime ago I stopped being able to see my squad server. Today when I logged on I noticed in the chat window the message that "IP address based ignore has applied to user Kinda_Sortie". How can I undo this? I certainly didn't set it in the first place.

You can undo it by finding the ignore file in the hyper lobby folder.
"C:\Program Files \HyperLobbyPro"
File named hlpro.ign
Open it and delete all the information withing and save it.
This procedure can do no harm.
The IP based ignore feature triggered
because you slapped the ignore on some fool in the past
and the loser returned under a new name.
So, you did not ignore anyone by that name, but you did ignore someone
in the past.
