I am new to Hyperlobby and I try it first time yesterday.
Connecting to Hyperlobby went well, but everytime I try to join a game, Il2 loads correctly but then a timeout message occured and connect to a server failed.
Hyperrlobby is cleared for the firewall, so what can I try ?
Any help is appreciated... |

I will try this
I have the same router for 7 years and have no trouble joining servers for IL2 1946 games hosted by others.
I use to have Hyperlobby running 3 years ago with no issuses.
I will look at the router
Thanks |

you only need to forward port 21000 udp as a host
the client side needs no port forwarded
go to the servers website or ts channel and get advice on joining their server |

But this has worked for people having timed out issues in the past however. |

Still no good
I changed the old IL2 to IL2FB in the services section and the ports are 21000 to 21005
It still times out.
I am at a lost as to what is wrong. |

Maybe your last resort is to use the DRM setting in your router and see if that works. DRM setting however will make your LAN totally open to anything so be careful |
