S! Jiri,

first, congratulations for the great work. . . Very Happy

Would it be possible to create another window (how VEF, VOW etc.) for dedicated server ? For sample, somewhere (maybe here in the forum) the squadrons would post the data (IP, name of the squadron, contact person etc.) of their dedicated servers. Then those servers would be tested and if they were in the air during a minimum amount of hours and if they were with low ping, they would be approved and they would be striped in the new window of DEDICATED SERVERS

Like this, when HL is restarted, those servers would not leave the air because they would be registered in HL DB. Is it possible?

Another subject, would I like you to help in the tests of new versions of HL, as I could make that?

This thing need more complex rewrite of the code to support it, and creating a standalone HL client designet only to launch a deditacet server ... Current server list window is very primitive, and not have much functionality as scrolling, filters etc ...

S!

ok, I had thought about the following steps:

1 - the server is registered (he still would not appear in the window of dedicated servers);

2 - the server is tested, if he be approved, it will be included in the database of HL;

3 - all of the registered servers appear in the window of dedicated servers, even the servers turned off;

4 - with APING, or something similar, HL verifies which servers are off or on.

Will that also need a lot of code to be redone?
