Something I find frustration about severs on HL is this. First: There a a bunch that no one is ever in. Second: I have friends who will start a room and it will not show on HL because HL will only show so many rooms in the Dog Fight section and these severs that no one is using keep these other rooms from showing up in that section. So I think some rules should be adopted to take care of this problem.
