Not sure what is possible, and what is dreaming... ICQ, or AIM, MSN, YM integrated into HL.

Maybe HL specific ICQ list that appears inside HL where game logo currently appears? Maybe option when setup HL to autolaunch other client at same time? Make HL dockable with other messenger client?

BEST IDEA, extend capability of current "HL Friends" list so that HL polls online users of ICQ/AIM/YM/MSN who are added to HL Friends list. ICQ already provides HTML code to include status on users web site, possible to extend this (and YM, AOL, MSN, also those online HL) to HL friends list? See this link for my concept:

The chat sofware Trillian from http://www.ceruleanstudios.com already combines all these clients and also IRC into one front-end, and recently ICQ and AOL started alpha testing their new clients which talk to each others service (AOL bought ICQ a last year or two ago).

Sometimes I think too much, sometimes I just talk too much. Not necessary to reply. Wink

For one from the next versions i have on the plan a configurable execution enviroment. It will be good for that u say, for running some Swastika enablers, and some sort of game competetion software ...

I do not know about SIP protocols, but I do use MIRANDA IM for all my instant message needs. It is a small program, and integrates ICQ, YM, AIM, MSN.

You didn't understand, with SIP all of IM will speak the same "language", in other words, it doesn't matter which the program that they prefer, he will speak SIP Very Happy
