PLEASE HELP

I can log into the forum ...not the Hyperlobby. What am I doing wrong? So I sent off and got a new password...but can't get it to work either. Can u please HELP....I have had this tag for many many years...and don't want to loose it. And yes I have looked in ur FAQ...but all it says is ..someone else has this user name or password. NOpe...I'm the one and only.

Hmmm So you have been playing in HL for many years as RS_Blooddrive and same password but cant log in any more?
Sending for different password is only for registration at this web site not the Hyperlobby client. A new password to your user-name will never work. Different data bases you see.
Remember way back when you first joined HL and you had to register via the chat line with email and password? It will be the same user-name and password you used on that day.

If you get *Wrong user-name or password ... Connection closed...* warning it means that you forgotten your password if same user-name is used (not case sensitive)

Basically I am saying the user RS_Blooddrive has an account with the HL client but the password is whats caused this error. It is wrong.

Sorry but if Jiri deleted RS_Blooddrive account straight away it would be an imposter's heaven.

Make a temporary account via the HL client like RS*Blooddrive and do the time and wait so Jiri can see the account is really unused.
