We are currently experiencing a few problems when hosting our dedicated FB server via HL. Occasionally, when the server isn't full, it appears that HL is dropping the server from the available server list. This seems to have become more common in recent weeks.
Is there anything which can be done to minimise or prevent this?

There was bug causes the server crash, when there 1000 ppls. Now its fixed.

Did you fix it only this morning because I noticed that everyone was dropped by HL earlier.

Unfortunately HL appears to have dropped the server again this morning

I not owning the server, only HL server software, so when administrator restart the server, HL service is restarted too
