http://hyperfighter.jinak.cz/ftopicp-2706.html#2706 If you have xp and its firewall enabled.
Don't worry about setting your connection speed as Hyperlobby sets the best for you. Even if it is set at 14.4 when you host it gives you the maximum bandwidth from the game.

Hi there,
Thanks a lot for your fast reply, but i still have that problem.
Let me give you more info about my pc: I have a 2.4Gh processor, ati 7500 graphic card 64Mb, 512 internal mem.
I have cable.
Software are windows XP home ed, f-secure antivirus and f-secure backweb as firewall. That backweb never ask if this or that may come in but he is watching, guarding on the background.
Some months ago, i had another pc connected with a crosslink cable on this one, but he is off now, software is still installed.
Thanks a lot, hoping to solfe that problem,
Buba

I am thinking backweb firewall is your culprit.
I have read this in the FAQ at f-secure...
Q: Do you have any example rule-sets for different configurations of DFW 5.3?
A: Yes. Please have a look at the document outlining several sample rule-sets for Distributed Firewall here. Included are examples for Paranoid, Reasonable, and Games configurations.
