Mission Load problem

Whenever I try to connect to a server it loads everyhting upto humans, where it stops at 90%. I can type to people, and I have to ask for help, but thats all, it just loops the music and shows the chat and load screen. I have restarted my computer and hyper lobby, nothing.

Which game is this?

Are you connected to the same server when this happens or have you tried another server?

And does this happen offline too or only online?
