Try a new name and or password.
Typical mistakes are...
#1, Forgetting password.
#2, forgetting upper and or lower case letters in password (password is case sensative)
#3, trying to enter Hyper Lobby without going through the registration process.
#4, cap lock on or off.
#5, trying to enter with a name already taken.
#6, banned user.

Did you register your name in the HyperLobby chat when you attempted to go online?
There is a seperate registration for the forum and on line appelate.

Gents,
I have upgraded my PC to a Win 7 system and thought I would try IL21946. I updated my Hyperlobby and could not remember the password so I reregistered. Call sign is habit and I have the password, I have tried every combination of the call sign uppercase lower case and the same with the password, I read the instructions and can't see what is wrong. It may be that I am registerred twice, help I want to get back online
