Banned?

Hello HL-Admins!

Me and my Sqauadmate I/JG7_Shark can´t connect to HL anymore! It just says: "HyperLobby server closed the connection" We didn´t get a TOS message or anything and we followed the HL rules! So could you please tell us why we can´t join anymore?

i havent broken any TOS rule since i talk to Jiri last time!
Shark hasnt even got his first TOS warning or kick! Who did this to us? pls unban!

both of your are on ban list for some reason,I don't know why tho.I noticed it last night and could not find out any info as to why you are both on list but..by the time you read this ban should have already been lifted.Have a Happy Holiday.

hello woodstock!

we got banned yesterday night. we dont know who banned us and we dont know why he did.

Jiri gave me last chance a few weeks ago, and after this i didnt broke any TOS rule! i didnt even talked to people in HL chat, to be sure i dont say something wrong.. As i said Shark hadnt even got a TOS warning or a kick before. He had never problems with TOS! but hes banned for more then 24 hours now!

Could you pls look for the reasons of this ban and pls tell me who did this and why?

behaviour in GAME is not behaviour in HL!

TOS rules dont tell me who to act in game!

If you ban me or not, the ban is not fair, because their is NO TOS rule broken! maybe i got my warnings, but shark has never got a warning or something like this!

Or can you exactly show me the rule we broke? Behaviour in HL and in IL2 1946 are TWO different things!

There's no warnings for you anymore under any name or condition in HL you know this already.

As for your team mate let him take it as a warning as you are teaching him the wrong way how to behave in the HL under any name or condition due to your status and Jiri letting you back in.

Your behaviour anywhere in HL is under scrutiny you will not disrupt under alias names.

I had just been banned for using profanity I assume....after I had been insulted more than twice...I just want to fly my il2 online and have fun...not talk to trouble makers who don't get banned for starting a text fight... I'f im unbanned I wont speak in hl, just play...It's Christmas morning....give me another chance...but I just ask please be fair. if someone is calling me stupid or making fun of my nationality or my name...If I send a message to a admin please deal with it...other wise how can a person play in peace...that's all I ask...

yes, you were given a 24 hour kick due to your profanity and disruptive behavior in lobby chat.I had asked both you and Kronos that if you wanted to argue to use the "FreeChat" room.you continued to argue to the point that lobby member's were putting you on ignore.You can come back in 24 hours

Understood but when you asked us to go to the "free chat" I had no idea you were a admin.... I thought you were just some random guy butting into the argument...I'll serve my 24 hours, but will say this and this is my opinion sir..so take no offense, but your admin staff is not "fair" and is "hypocritical". no offence taken.There was nothing unfair about it. when asked to stop the person you were arguing with (Kronos) stopped and you didnt.

OK I don't want to open old wounds, but when I come back from my ban, I should be allowed to start a fight and call some one a french Irish drunk. Then be asked polity to stop and if I immediately abide, I should not be disciplined. If I'm not allowed to do this....your staff is hypocritical. I will not do this though since I am more mature than that. I've accepted that I've been banned and will stop arguing sir, but feel I need to address this point of "HYPOCRISY". As I am not the one who started something but who finished it and was banned. "sorry if im not allowed express my opinion" I now understand the rules..

the "only" reason you got the kick was that you continued to pursue the argument to the point that other lobby members had begun putting you on ignore because you did not let up.No "hypocrisy" involved.Don't mistake that and think you were being treated unfair.And the LAST thing i wanted to do was ban someone on christmas day.You were NOT targeted or treated any different than anyone else.if the other person continued and cursed in chat like you did he would have been kicked too.If you want to pursue this further with the other person please do it in free chat or even pm him and do it that way but dont do it in public chat. there "are" younger people here in lobby and realy dont need to see that behavior.You are more than welcome to come back tomorrow.
