In running search to find the executable path for Il2 FB to gain access to HL lobby for IL2FB/ AEP,i I get two of these exes showing up. Both are IL2FB.exe and both are in the same location
I have updated to AEP from FB and in my game (Forgotten Battles) folder there is IL2FB. exe and IL2. exe., both of which will, when clicked on, open IL2 AEP.
WHy would two IL2FB.exe show up in HL search ?
Which one should I use ?

Look again at the file names.There is one that is IL2.exe and one that is IL2fb.exe.They both do the same thing.Just a different name.
The IL2.exe is there for any old legacy 3rd party programs that were created to be used with the original IL2.This makes them useable in FB and AEP.

So it shouldn't make a difference when choosing either from the "search" window in HL.... ?

Both entries show up as identical path~/ il2fb.exe
In the game folder itself the two are labeled with different names
