What is new in this list, i need bits added or changed. It will speedup update process 
EDIT: Those three looks new:
| Code: | SharedKills = (l & 0x8000000000L) != 0L;
SharedKillsHistorical = (l & 0x10000000000L) != 0L;
No_GroundPadlock = (l & 0x20000000000L) != 0L;

Yes that it !!
That's all I see 41 entries in difficulty settings.
There are 2 other settings under setup>server
I'm asking DT about why they are outside of the difficulty settings.
Not important for now though

New Hyperlobby works great
Theres a change to the old setting:
No Padlock
Its now
No Air Padlock
This is due to separate
No Ground Padlock
Setting.
So if you can rename No Padlock to No Air Padlock that will be perfect
