getting the wrong username and password message

hi guys i had to format my computer and install everything again. im using my callsign 334th_Dead but its not letting me in its always saying wrong username and password. Tried to uninstall and install hyperlobby again but for nothing. can somebody help me pls thx

PM me your email address you used to create the HL username and the approximate time to did this (year/month)

I'll reset the Hyperlobby user name so you can create it again.
