Return of an old warrior

Hi,

I get the wrong password message trying to return to HL after many years. My callsign was Eckhart. I tried to login into my account and apparently there is no info about me. Asking for a new password didn't help. However my email address is still in the system as I got the confirmation code for a new password and the new password.

My guess is that my old account has been deactivated as I didn't use it for a long time.

I would love to come back to Hyperlobby and IL2-!946 with my old callsign. Just curious to find some old friends perhaps.

Hi

If you do not using HL account more than 9months its expire and is deleted. Your callsign is pretty generic so is posible that has been taken by someone other.

Thanks Jiri for the prompt answer. When I use the lost password function, the system remembers my old email. Is there a possibility to revive the old account through that? When I do search for someone using my old callsign "Eckhart", I don't find anybody at least on this forum.

HL and forum accounts are different.When you run HL click Disconnect, uncheck checkboxes beside callsign and password, retype password click Connect and register new HL account. Name you asked is unused.

many thanks Jiri! I logged out and tried to register under Eckhart: I got a message that this name was already taken. I switched to Eckhard which comes close.
