Got a problem, had to reformat my HD today and as I'm getting everything backup I thought I'd try a bit of Il2+PF HL action to see if all was OK....
Unfortunately, I spent so long without reminding myself of my password that I have no idea now what it is and naturally HL won't let me in without it. Any ideas how to get a reminder sent and who to speak to regarding this issue?
I'd like to keep my username as I am part of an online squad so can't really change it.

Can't delete account without connecting; impossible to connect cos I forgot the password!
