every time he logs into hl
he gets in and hl shuts down
weve tried a few things but nothing works
2 days now hes been unable to stay on hl more than a second
any one have any ideas
hes tried uninstalling but it wont un install ???
im nearly out of ideas
help would be apretiated

whats this mean ??????????????????

1./ Are you using a custom skin ? If yes i posted a note about custom skin in another related thread ...
2./ HKCU/UserUninstall/ is part if the installer. It install HL to be accesible from all users profiles. iam not author of the installer and its a blackbox But it working very good for more than five years without any major problems ...

no custom skin in use
but its still shutting down after running :s
tried using a old version of hl
it doesnt shut down but doesnt work no more lol
