Dunno, but doubt it was intentional as its mentioned in tips&tricks and was extremely useful for getting dropping off silent types along. |

I think that the backdoor or being able to join up with a coop that has not started in FB yet is a must have..
until this is fixed I would use Xfire. It shows the last game you joined and all FB games running in the world..

Jiri, Using the Ghost Skies room for GS DF games makes a room a Coop, even though we switch to using a DF room. When a player falls out they have to be able to get back in. The 'back door' is essential for that. The instruction for it is in our rules.
- Returning after a drop
The Ghost Skies Lobby in the Hyperlobby has rooms that are default for Cooperative play. This means that if a player drops out during a match and tries to return, they will not see a Join button when they look at player information. But a player can still join a game in progress. The dropped player must find a player from their game on the “In Game†list on Hyperlobby. Right click that name and select “Player Informationâ€. Hit the “ENTER†button on the keyboard, and the player will connect to the game in progress.
I hope you return this feature again very soon. |

I agree Backdoor entry is a needed function. Ideally perhaps an HL option that is Host selectable. Backdoor Open or Closed. |

That works. Now, if HL had an instruction manual, we would all know that. |

I don't know how hard it would be , Im gessing not very to add a line of code to Coops games hosted from Hypperlobby with a button that says "Attempt to Rejoin game in progress" or Just "Re-Join"
This would help alot and would be a welcome and helpful feature.

Bug? It's not a bug, it's a feature!
It was A feature that many people used evryday and A feature that I sure do miss.
Even an join coop option would be better than typing in the server name.
eh? |

Totally agree this was a feature used by myself and my Squad members all the time .
eg A member starts a Coop and another member comes on teamspeak we all say jump in to our coop, a simple look at player info on anyone in the game and press enter it,s so simple.
I hope you can reconsider this as many handy inventions were started by accidents or bugs.

Indeed! Jiri, I dont think anyone considered this a bug, everyone thought it was a shortcut that hadnt been documented. We used it endlessly, it was VERY convenient and an excellent way to avoid searching through the list of servers and players to find the host.
Please re insert this "bug"!!
Thanks in advance.
BTW, might I take this opportunity (in my first post on this forum) to say many thanks for all your efforts, Hyperlobby is an astoundingly good piece of software that has facilitated enjoyable flightsimming for thousands of people. Well done. |
