Socket Error: 10060 Time out with Hyperlobby - On and off

I've been researching the Forums, FAQs and Manual without success.
Beginning 2 weeks ago, I started getting 10060 timeout errors whenever trying to connect to Hyperlobby. I could not even get to the http://hyperfighter.sk/ site (tracert shows time out after 17 hops).
I disconnected my router and going direct to cable modem with same results. I have no software firewall set up.

The only thing I can think of now is that I have multiple usernames for the same e-mail address:
VMF223_Flabby and Flabby at gcolumb@san.rr.com

Can these be deleted?

Any idea why I cannot access the web site from home, but I can from anywhere else? My ISP is not blocking it either.

OK, I was able to access http://hyperfighter.sk/ last week until Saturday, 2/18 when it started to time out again and lasted for about 48 hours. Now today, 2/20 I can acess the site. I made no configuration changes. I'm completely stumped.

I am having exactly the same problem. Have you been able to resolve the issue yet?
