cursor doesn't move when I try to confirm pwd in chat

I attempt to login and I only get as far as confirm password wizrd in chat area. Cursor just blinks and typing does nothing. Please help. I hope I'm not banned or something. I'm using my name as part of callsign. Callsign is kaiserdick.

Try clicking on it with your mouse arrow.
If that is of no help, re-install HL.
