When I try to connect to a game that a friend of mine hosted I get a time out, and my other friends to. We all tried to host a game but the others can't come in. Is there anybody who knows what te problem could be ? Maybe we've the wrong settings or something.
I hope someone can help me (us).

Ok Il2 needs to be patched correctly. Time out`s all the time is a major cause of this problem. Another problem is firewalls like the one built into windows xp.
From a clean install patch in this order,
1.1a (75mb) then
1.2 (28mbs) after that install your
1.2ov (38.1 mbs) patch over that.
The ubi site says you don't need to install 1.2 before 1.2ov and in another part they say you do... you must Install 1.1a,1.2 then 1.2ov to be compatible with online play.
